KEN WILDGOOSE, E.M.B.A.
President & CEO
Ken started his career with Bell Canada in 1971. He then continued to build his knowledge base by working in technical operations for Canadian cable operators for ten years. In the last 27 years, working in senior executive leadership roles with respected companies such as CUC Broadcasting, Ken was heavily involved in acquisitions and creating and managing corporate growth. Ken joined ATX (formerly PCI) as President in 1999, and in 2001 Ken became Senior Vice President of ATX Incorporated. He served as President of LARCAN Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of high quality television transmitters, from 2006-2008. Ken became President & CEO of ATX Networks in 2008 as part of a management buyout with Trivest Partners out of Coral Gables, Florida, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of ATX Networks.

JAY LEE, Hons. B.Sc., P.Eng., M.Sc.
CTO & Vice President, Business Development
Jay joined ATX in 1998. As a leading-edge product developer and strategic thinker, he has contributed significantly to ATX Networks' ability to deliver both innovative and effective technology solutions for customers, resulting in strong growth for the Company. Jay brings a highly specialized technical skill set to ATX, combined with expert knowledge of the Broadband business environment. Prior to ATX, Jay worked as an Engineer for Schlumberger (wire-line services for oil and gas industry), and Siemens (formerly Milltronics) as an R&D Design Engineer. Having been successful as both an R&D Physics Engineer and Business Development Manager, Jay was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and Business Development in 2000, and to Chief Technology Officer in 2008.

CHRISTINA KOTSIOS, C.M.A., Hons. B.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Christina, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), is CFO at ATX Networks. She serves as the Company's senior financial officer overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and internal control activities, as well as the Ajax business operations. Prior to joining ATX in 2004, Christina built her diverse financial and operational experience as Director of Accounting Services at a Toronto-based accounting service firm.

RUTH LEE, Hons. B.Comm. 
Vice President, Marketing
Ruth joined ATX in 2000 as Marketing Manager. Her management, marketing, sales, and product development experience make her an important member of the ATX Senior Management Team. Before coming to ATX, Ruth was highly successful in building technical programs and customer-oriented marketing strategies for Quebecor, Hubbell Canada Inc. and Cygnal Technologies (formerly Comlink Systems). Ruth was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2001, and in 2004 to Vice President of Marketing. In her challenging role at ATX, Ruth oversees the diverse marketing efforts of the Company’s many brands.

BENJAMIN NEWELL, B.Sc. Engineering 
Vice President, Sales
Ben joined ATX in 2000 as a Staff Engineer. In this role, Ben developed an intimate knowledge of ATX's product offerings and of the cable television industry. He was soon promoted to Business Development Engineer to manage customer and OEM relationships. After many successful endeavors, Ben joined the Sales Team as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2006, Ben was promoted to Director of Sales. He brings a strong balance of technical and sales knowledge to this role. Prior to joining ATX, Ben worked in sales for a major Canadian packaged goods company. Ben is a graduate from Queen's University with a Degree in Engineering.

TRINDA MOORES 
Director, Human Resources & Administration
Trinda joined ATX in 2006. She brings many years of Human Resources Management expertise within the Canadian and U.S. Manufacturing and Technology sectors, most recently with Moore Canada. Trinda is a graduate of Durham College from the Human Resources Management Program and is currently completing her Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Designation. Trinda is responsible for the transactional and strategic Human Resource initiatives and Administration Services for the Company.
