KEN WILDGOOSE, E.M.B.A.

Ken started his career in the cable industry over 30 years ago with Bell Canada. He then continued to build his knowledge base by working in technical operations for Canadian cable operators for ten years. In the last 20 years Ken has worked in senior executive leadership roles with respected companies including, CUC Broadcasting, Trillium Communications and Capella Telecommunications Inc. Ken has shown exceptional ability to create and manage corporate growth including direct involvement with 10 acquisitions in the cable industry. Ken has an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Queen's University. Ken joined ATX Networks as President in 1999. Ken has been instrumental in bringing the company to its present state of dynamic and continued growth.

JAY LEE, Hons. B.Sc., P.Eng., M.Sc.
Chief Technology Officer & VP Business Development

 As a leading-edge product developer and strategic thinker, Jay has contributed greatly to ATX Networks' ability to deliver both innovative and effective technology solutions for customers. Along with Ken Wildgoose, Jay has been a key catalyst for the Company's growth. Jay joined ATX in 1998 as R&D Engineer and Business Development Manager, and was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and Business Development in 2000. Jay brings a highly specialized technical skill set to ATX, combined with a keen understanding of the broadband business environment. Jay was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2008. Previous to ATX, Jay worked as an Engineer for Schlumberger (wire-line services for oil and gas industry) and Siemens (formerly "Milltronics") as an R&D Design Engineer. Jay holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Engineering from Queen's University.

CHRISTINA KOTSIOS, C.M.A., Hons. B.A.
Chief Financial Officer & VP Operations

Christina joined ATX in 2004 as the Director of Finance. Since 2008, Christina has served as the company's senior financial officer overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and internal control activities, as well as the business operations. Christina was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations in 2009. Prior to joining ATX, Christina built her diverse financial and operational experience as Director of Accounting Services at a Toronto-based accounting firm. Christina graduated with a degree in Economics from York University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

RUTH LEE, Hons. B.Comm.
Vice President, Marketing
Ruth joined ATX in 2000 as Marketing Manager and was promoted to Director of Marketing one year later. Ruth's management, marketing, sales, and product development experience make her an important member of the ATX Senior Management Team. Ruth was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2004. Before coming to ATX, Ruth was highly successful in building customer-oriented marketing strategies and programs for Hubbell Canada Inc. and Comlink Systems (now a division of Cygnal Technologies). In her challenging role at ATX Networks, Ruth oversees the diverse marketing efforts of the Company’s products and brands. Ruth is a graduate from Queen's University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree.

TRINDA MOORES, CHRP 
Director, Human Resources & Administration
Trinda joined ATX in 2006 as Human Resources Manager. Trinda brings many years of Human Resources Management expertise within the Canadian and US Manufacturing and Technology sectors. Trinda was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Administration in 2008. Trinda is responsible for the transactional and strategic human resource initiatives, intellectual property maintenance and administration services for the company. Prior to joining ATX, Trinda was the Human Resources Manager for RR Donnelley and Sons (formerly Moore Business Forms). Trinda is a graduate of Durham College from the Human Resources Management Program and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).

BENJAMIN NEWELL, B.Sc. Engineering 
Vice President, Sales
Ben joined ATX in 2000 as a Staff Engineer. In this role, Ben developed an intimate knowledge of ATX's product offerings and of the cable television industry. He was soon promoted to Business Development Engineer to manage customer and OEM relationships. After many successful endeavors, Ben joined the Sales Team as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2006, Ben was promoted to Director of Sales and assumed full leadership for the Sales Organization in 2008. He brings a strong balance of technical and sales knowledge to this role. Prior to joining ATX, Ben worked in sales for a major Canadian packaged goods company. Ben is a graduate from Queen's University with a Degree in Engineering.
