UCrypt Bulk QAM to IP

The UCrypt® QAM to IP product offering allows MSOs to decrypt select programs from their digital tier, re-encrypt them with Pro:Idiom® or leave them in-the-clear and re-transmit in IP format. It is ideal for creating a centralized program lineup to be fed to edgeQAMs serving specific service groups or sent directly via fiber to bulk accounts requiring video content in IP format. UCrypt® has an easy to use management interface which allows users to select programs to be decrypted and/or passed to the output of the device as well as assign them to desired multicast IP addresses. The HTTP based management interface allows users to configure or monitor the product from a remote location. The unit is also powered by Ceton technology. UCrypt® is built on a scalable, field upgradable architecture that allows operators to grow their service offering on an as-required basis.
