SCOTT B. PERPER, B.A., M.B.A.
Managing Partner, Pamlico Capital
Scott joined Pamlico Capital in 1988 and serves as head of the firm. His investing efforts are focused in the Communications and Healthcare industries. His current board affiliations include ATX Networks, and Hosting.com. Representative prior boards include American Renal Holdings, House of Blues, Inflow, NuVox Communications, and USA Compression Partners. Scott also serves on the boards of Bowdoin College and Charlotte Country Day School. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Scott was Vice President of the Media and Entertainment Group at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated. He received a B.A. from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.  

ARTHUR C. ROSELLE, B.A., M.A.
Partner, Pamlico Capital
Arthur joined Pamlico Capital in 1999. His investing efforts are focused in Business and Technology Services and Communications. His current board affiliations include ATX Networks, Integrated Broadband Services, NewWave Communications, and Wheelhouse Solutions. Representative prior boards include Crosman Group, COMSYS IT Partners, NEP Supershooters, and Worldstrides. Arthur also serves on the board of Charlotte Country Day School. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Arthur was Executive Vice President of R-H Capital Partners and was Vice President of The Robinson-Humphrey Company. He received a B.A. and an M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Virginia.

STUART M. CHRISTHILF, IV, B.S.
Principal, Pamlico Capital
Stuart joined Pamlico Capital in 2003. His investing efforts are focused in the Business and Technology Services industry. Stuart’s current board affiliations include ATX Networks, CPG International, and GreatAmerica Leasing. Stuart previously served as a board member of Crosman Group, and Bell Sports. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Stuart was an Associate in the Leveraged Capital Group at Wachovia Corporation, providing one-stop senior and mezzanine debt financing. Prior to that, Stuart was an Analyst in the Loan Syndications Group at First National Bank. Stuart is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received a B.S. degree with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University.


KEN WILDGOOSE, E.M.B.A.
President & CEO, ATX Networks Corp.
Ken started his career in the telecommunications industry over 35 years ago with Bell Canada. His background includes ten years in technical operations in the Canadian cable industry with the last 20 years in senior executive leadership roles with respected companies including, CUC Broadcasting, Trillium Communications and Capella Telecommunications Inc. Ken has a wealth of experience creating and managing corporate growth including direct involvement with 10 acquisitions in the cable industry. Ken has an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Queen's University. Ken joined ATX Networks as President in 1999 and has been instrumental in bringing the company to its present state of dynamic and continued growth.
